License & Terms

Copyright. All photographs are the property of Richmond & Co. Photography and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a download or print grants a license to use the photograph as described below; it does not transfer copyright.

Player and personal purchases. Digital downloads purchased by players, families and fans include a personal-use license: post the images on your personal social media, share them with family and friends, and print them for personal display. Personal-use images may not be resold, used in advertising, or used for any commercial or sponsor purpose without written permission.

Team packages. Team coverage packages include a commercial license for the team's own use across social media, website, press and marketing. Sponsor campaigns and paid advertising are licensed separately; contact us for a quote.

Digital downloads. Downloads are delivered in full resolution through our online gallery. Because digital files cannot be returned, download sales are final once the file has been delivered.

Prints and products. Print orders are produced by a professional photo lab and shipped directly to you. If an order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a reprint at no charge.

Credit. Photo credit is appreciated but not required for personal use. Press use should be credited to Richmond & Co. Photography.
